1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any service provided by MosQR("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
MosQR provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurant businesses to create QR code digital menus, manage cashier POS terminal billing, table alignments, and access tableside kitchen order notifications.
3. Account Registration & Security
Merchants must provide accurate and complete business information during registration, including billing details and optional tax documentation (such as GSTIN). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and panel access.
4. Pricing & Billing
Subscription plans are billed on an agreed recurring basis (monthly or annual) according to your customized quote and selected tier:
- Lite Plan: Digital QR menu, tableside cart, POS terminal & GST invoicing.
- Growth Plan: Adds tableside ordering, recipe inventory tracking, and customer CRM.
- Pro Plan: Adds advanced sales analytics, shift reconciliation, and priority support.
- Enterprise Plan: Custom multi-outlet control, dedicated account manager, and customized integrations.
5. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets
The technology, rendering engines, POS terminal interfaces, and custom UI panels are the proprietary property of MosQR.
Merchants retain ownership of all original text content and source image assets uploaded. The digital menu configurations are licensed to the Merchant for use **exclusively** on the MosQR platform during active subscription periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide the services "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain high uptime for tableside QR systems, we are not liable for any lost business revenue, order delays, or diner billing disputes resulting from system outages or network connectivity issues at the restaurant premises.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
